This customer contacted us through a friend’s recommendation, we made a video call with the customer, and the customer visited our company and factory online, thus confirming the authenticity of our factory and the strength and scale of our company. After confirming the needs of customers, we provide customers with sample testing so that customers can understand the performance and characteristics of our machines. After a series of comparisons and tests, our American customer chose our company and purchased our 1530SP fiber laser cutting machine.
After the American customer paid the deposit, we started to produce the manufacturing machines. During the machine production process, customers can check the production progress of the machine at any time. We monitor the quality of the machines for our customers. We will place wooden pallets at the bottom of the machine to facilitate loading and unloading and transportation, prevent the machine from being damaged, and play a role of reinforcement. Before loading the machine into the container, we spread the tarp on the machine. That way, if the container leaks, no damage will be done to the machine.
